Great place to stay in Lucerne! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean! Close to the train station and conveniently located to many popular sights. Good restaurant connected to the hotel that we went to for breakfast each day. We had the Park Triple and it was a fantastic size for 3-4 people

We were not able to get into our original family room due to a recent fire in their connected building next door. They accommodated us with an extra regular room which normally would have been a great solution. Unfortunately we were situated next to the burnt building and the smell of smoke had permeated the hallways and rooms. I am sure once everything is fixed and cleaned it is a perfectly nice hotel. The location is very convenient.

The front desk staff was very helpful and shared a lot of information. The hotel was very clean and we had a room on the courtyard which was very quiet and great for sleeping. We had to leave early so they provided a take away sandwich and bottle of water. It is very close to the train station which was very convenient for us since we were traveling by train. Wonderful city to visit.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean with very “simple” furnishings. Location was convenient. Limited parking garage onsite worked well for us.. Only “negative” was that both the complimentary water bottle in the minibar was 1/4 full and hand soap in bathroom was almost empty upon arrival. Overall, we had a good one night stay.

A great place to stay in Lucerne. It is walkable to the alt stadt area and train station is close. Quiet area despite being downtown. There is a parking garage that makes it very nice to be able to park and unload with your luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
