This is a great place to stay in the fall or winter — amazing location, good restaurant downstairs, and an excellent staff. However, it was unbelievably hot. We did not stop sweating the entire time we were there.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Chapel Bridge. We ate several times on our balcony. Small but functional. Large room which made it comfortable for 2 people to move around. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there 2 mornings. While not free they do provide vouchers you can use in the restaurant which helps offset the cost. We had dinner outside one night by the river. Perfect with the Chapel Bridge view. The location was also perfect for taking a walk through Old Town. Everything felt close by. Highly recommended!!

An older and small hotel but perfect! The location is unbeatable and very convenient for the train station, boat trips etc. I had exceptional breakfasts in their restaurant and a fantastic dinner there. I was surprised at how good the quality was. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. And if you want to get away from the crowds, it’s an easy and stunning walk along Lake Lucerne. Book a balcony room overlooking the bridge if you can.
