They charged around $500 per night but this hotel was not big, the breakfast choices were very limited and rooms were small. It should be a 1 star and in the USA you would not pay more than $60. They are charging for later cation but next time i will stay in farther away hotfl that is not as expensive. The staff was helpful and friendly

It is good location, just in center of the old town. There is lift so easy to the higher level. The staff are nice. The hotel provided some equipment for use, like computer and printer. Room is big enough and clean. Only issue is the Wifi speed slower. In room it was not good signal.

There was a bit of a mixup with rooms when we arrived, but the staff quickly resolved it and compensated us by providing breakfast. There was a heat wave in Lucerne during our stay, so definitely needed the fans on all night. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

The location is outstanding! Old town Lucerme is gorgeous and you're in the heart of it with many sites and restaurants ose by....many close early! Our room was on the 5th floor all by itself with a stellar patio we enjoyed.
