This was a beautiful property situated between Pisa and Lucca. It’s an older hotel but all of the amenities including air conditioning were good. Amazing pool area and loungers and you can run down to the lobby to get drinks and other snacks. We had a family room which had an upstairs with a king bed and downstairs there were two twin beds for the kids. Lots of good food options near by. Only negative was that the breakfast provided by the hotel wasn’t great in terms of quality or quantity of options available. They seemed to run out of things regularly and not be replaced.

During a 3 week road trip from London to Italy (& back) we’ve taken in quite a few hotels at various price brackets. For value & friendly service this hotel ranks highly. The pool is big enough so that even if there are families with young children in it, other adults can still enjoy a dip. All members of staff were very helpful & friendly. A beautiful spot for dinner at the top of the tree lined drive.

Pretty place, Stefania went above and beyond to help us. Showers were too too small not even to move around and use hand held shower. Otherwise breakfast was superb and property was lovely, we would have enjoyed more if we had stayed longer. Rooms could have accommodated more than three and we could have saved money. Potentially this is a lovely hotel in a great position between Lucca and Pisa. However, several things spoil the overall charm. The lack of staff is apparent with the reception staff doing most jobs. We didn't see anyone looking after the breakfast tables. The dining room itself is very unappealing. There is no bar area to sit and enjoy a drink. We had cold nights so outside was not an option in the evening. Just as well it was cool as there was no obvious air conditioning. The bedrooms and beds were large, but the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. Worst was the incessantly barking dogs behind the property that kept us awake. The pool area looked lovely but even in September the water was too cold for swimming.

Hotel correcto sin más. La piscina es su mayor atractivo pero carece de servicio de bar. Los desayunos son correctos pero la experiencia se arruina con el uso y recogida por parte del huesped de las bandejas (al mas puro estilo de restaurantes fastfood). El servicio es amable pero el explicar la normativa del hotel junto a los diferentes carteles informativos que te recuerdan, por ejemplo, que si haces el check out fuera de tiempo debes pagar un dia extra (los hay en el ascensor y habitaciones) te hacen sentir bastante incomodo. Si buscas ubicacion y piscina es una buena opcion. Si buscas servicio deberias reservar otro hotel.
