Staff were very kind and overall this was a fine location, but the property was not clean. There was dirt and hair on my sheets, hair in my shower, and the closer I looked at areas around the bathroom, public areas like the gym or elevators, the more dirty things I saw.

The bathroom was very dated and not very clean looking, the property did not smell clean, the shower never had hot water it warm at best. After we got into bed we discovered the side wall to the bed was dirty and smeared with something very visible.

The front-desk staff was excellent professional - responsive - very accommodating. What ruined the stay is that even AFTER I requested the room to be made EVERY DAY (it's not like I get a discount for having dirty towels and an unmade bed) and which the staff acknowledged and assured me it would be done - Housekeeping somehow decided on their own that they are too good to follow instructions. I do not care for coming to my room tired from a full day of work and finding in unmade - if I wanted NO housekeeping service I would get an Air B n B! - MAKE THE DARN ROOMS EVERY DAY! this is UNACCEPTABLE!

Property needs a major upgrade and much better maintenance. Room smoke alarm went off multiple times for no reason. Toilet seat wasn't even hinged. Very dated iin poor condiiton overall. No cleaning service. Two outside doors broken. Stay somewhere else.

Think before you stay.

Guest were coming from the pool into the hallway and into the elevator leaving a very wet floor. Bathroom baseboard was damaged. Someone had a dog that barked for an hour and kids upstairs kept running around even at 1am in the morning.

Awful hotel. Dirty and in need of renovation. They gave us a room without a working toilet. When I asked them to fix it they said do you want us to give you a plunger. I said no. They said they don't have maintenance. I asked them to fix it while we left for the game. We returned late at night to find the attendant asleep at his desk and nothing done about the toilet. Also $5 for a soda!
