The staff Ms. Jassica was very helpful. They have internet problems in the area and system was not functioning Jassica was physically going to each guest’s assigned rooms to be opened and running back to front desk to help next one. Decent price. Good breakfast. Clean room. The PM after front desk attendant was all over the place. Took ten minutes to come check a line of guests in. She prioritized returning a luggage cart over addressing the guests. I try not to judge but she was either very scattered or what seemed like inebriated. Other guests in front and behind me made mention of it. I worked at this property during college. Way different level of service quality and training back then. The property is still nice but I'm picky on customer service especially when it comes to the hospitality industry.
