Nothing fancy…standard hotel. Towels need an upgrade. Staff extremely nice. Breakfast free but limited. Hotel seems closer to a hostel than hotel. Easy location for access to University or shopping.

Customer service was great, no issues at all. Now inside the room was a different story. The carpets are heavily stained. The bed sheets were dirty, you could literally see the brown on them and there were long and short strains of hair on the pillows and bed.
