I traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes just to stay here with my granddaughter and we had the best time here. The warm indoor pool and hot tub were her favorite. I slept like a queen and she slept like a princess. There was not a single noise. The morning free breakfast was my favorite part of my stay, the cook was so nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and stay here again.

Room and property were clean. It’s a little older but well maintained. The staff is what makes the hotel! They were pleasant and helpful from the desk to the breakfast housekeeping! We were impressed by their camaraderie!

The property itself was clean but our room was not. I took pictures and showed them to staff at front desk. She was very apologetic and accommodating. We stay at this location every fall at least twice a month and this was the first time I had a complaint.

The room we stayed in needed to have some updates. The bathtub was rusted and chipped. The sofa and wing chair were stained, they looked old and dirty. Breakfast was good and the front desk employees were kind and professional,

Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom was outdated and the shower was pretty gross. The elevators are under construction and it was extremely humid in the interior of the hotel. This is nice for a budget stay but I would not choose to stay there again.

Staff was nice and facility was clean. However it’s run down. The door to our room had stripped/chipped paint. The bathroom had cracks in the wall and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was the same hot items everyday, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuit. Some variety would have been nice.

Driving back from Colorado with our two teenage children we needed a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to get a good night's rest. The Comfort Inn & Suites in Lubbock was just what we were looking for. It's also close to all the eateries that we love. We upgraded to the two King Size beds and it made all the difference.

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast my husband was thrilled that they were serving biscuits and gravy. Joe, the gentleman serving the breakfast was amazing- not only did he put together a great breakfast. He was super helpful and very friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in the area.
