The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jake. Only issue I had was the sink in the bathroom was clogged and there seemed to be a shortage of towels other than that I would definitely come back. Breakfast was always good and hot.

Loved that there was a front desk person to check us in at 1am. Was not impressed that our bathroom sink was clogged, we were only given bath towels- no wash cloths, no hand towels or bath mat. Breakfast was decent.

Marlin at the Front desk was just excellent, very helpful and mannerly.Jake at the front desk and Ce the housekeeper was also helpful. The room was clean, very clean sheets and clean fluffy pillows. Overall my experience was not bad at all. I will be back. Just one suggestion, the hotel should have a section designated for persons bringing their animals like Days Inn by Wyndham does . You have people with allergies so you have to think about something like that

During the night the sign reads Best Windsor so drove around a few time thinking we were lost. This was a great find especially for the money. The property is convenient. The room very clean, pet friendly, and quiet for its location. The check in was a bit of surprise wanting to post a deposit for "amenities". There were none at the property. The breakfast was hot, varied, and excellent. Did not have to have another meal that day. The staff was courteous and friendly. Will stay there again when in Lubbock.

Property is old and run down. The room 122 we had was not cleaned properly. The sheets were not fresh. The room had a musty odor. The bathtub faucet didn’t work. On the flip side, Gargi from the front desk provided great support. The breakfast was decent. Overall this doesn’t look and feel like a Wyndham property at all.

Overall, staying here was fine. A couple of issues: no bath towels-one washcloth, one hand towel, one bath mat. Had to go to front and ask for a towel AFTER my shower. There were no cups in the room, not even with the ice bucket. I left before breakfast was served. However, I was able to get coffee and it was good.
