Perfect stay, 4 nights. Beautiful property, very attentive staff, many extra perks like free shuttle to downtown, use of a washing machine, free breakfast, etc... The view is amazing, but better take a room facing the Mekong river. I would come back without any hesitation. What a superb surprise!!!

Relaxful Hotel earns the title for its name: Location, staff, food, room, and facility. It's worth a 4-star. Although the surroundings are noisy and dirty, we can't control them, especially the next-door outdoor bar with loud music until 10:00 pm.

Fabulous stay. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, and bright. The river view from the balcony was magical - one doesn’t even need a river cruise as the views from the room and Hotel itself are so good! The staff are excellent - they’re very well trained, polite, friendly, and efficient. Staff went over and above on many occasions and made the stay very enjoyable for us. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the main town centre and the hotel offers a free shuttle all day long to pick & drop. My only suggestion is to improve the restaurant within the hotel. I ate lunch twice and was not impressed with the food quality. A top class hotel like this should have a high standard restaurant.
