The staff made us welcome from the get go with a cold towel and a welcome drink, however, this wasn’t forced, but a really genuine interaction. We had some issues to resolve with luggage and onward transport and the front desk staff were so helpful and supportive. The hotel Itself is set within beautifully maintained lush gardens which run down to the river, with perfect sunset views, a real bonus for a city hotel. Rooms are lovely in a classical style. Public areas are restful and the restaurant / breakfast rooms are fantastic. A wonderful city oasis, I thoroughly recommend staying in this hotel!

My Dream Boutique Resort was absolutely beautiful! Our villa was very comfortable and serene. We had a breathtaking garden view and were conveniently located next to the pool and restaurant.
