The hotel is great. We just got a room next to the road and on FRI night it was very loud (night clubs) and could've been 3-4 stars. The hotel is next to the Maho beach famous for airplanes arrivals. My kids liked a lot the pool and the hot tub. In general is a great hotel to stay

Great amenities with a nice big pool and the hotel is right off the beach. Also a great restaurant right on the property. Rooms are a bit dated, but nice enough. Staff didn’t seem overly happy, especially the person at the pool towels to answer any questions, but the activities lady was very friendly and happy to set up a Happy Birthday display.

Flew in from JFK and was great! Hotel is very close to airport. Planes fly over very close all day long. You could even walk to the airport to the hotel if you wanted to. Beach is beautiful and the pool was awesome. Rooms have kitchens in them and there was a grocery store right across the street. Liquor store is a two minute walk. Restaurant on the property food was great; service was a little slow but when sitting watching the waves crash was relaxing. Plenty of pool chairs.

Room was overall kept clean, although sand thabwas tracked into the room was not swept our whole stay. Jay at the bar was the most personable staff member. He was very attentive, kind and sociable. Desk staff were very benign. They didn’t give a warm island welcome feel. Pool area/gardens are beautiful. Definitely need more umbrellas for beach area

Not a 4 star property - may have been 20 years ago, but badly in need of a renovation. The location is great (especially for Maho beach) and it is clean, but expect a timeshare property that is straight out of the 90’s. Also, the “free” WiFi didn’t work for my room.

We chose this place to experience Maho Beach. Best experience ever. The people were wonderful snd the views and pool were great. Everything you need is close by. Note: you don't need a car but okay if you get one.

The location of this resort has everything you need. Many restaurants and bars nearby and the pizza at the Driftwood beach bar is some of the best we had on the island! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed booking this resort, we had an amazing vacation.

We loved how the rooms were very spacious and clean. We booked ocean view but got garden view. When we brought up the situation to the front desk, they gave us a bit of a run around. We then eventually made a deal with the supervisor for late check out. But then was told it was not in file and had to go back again to the front desk the morning of our departure to speak to a Manager. It did get sorted. Also some staff members weren’t as friendly, we felt, the white guest were treated better than we did. We did not get the welcoming treatment as the white guest got. Other than that, we loved how convenient and close everything was. We did have a great time. But I believe all guest should be treated equally.
