The location is awesome your by everything the food that is around the area is awesome too . However the pictures that are posted online when booking and seeing the actual room itself seem different. Plus it was supposed to come with daily cleaning they didn’t really clean anything our room had ants and bugs wasn’t clean . Our stay was supposed to come with breakfast they charged us would I stay here again I don’t know ! Staff was okay could be more friendly my only real issue was the cleanliness and bugs in the room

The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated.

Honestly.. everything was amazing. Cleaning staff super nice. Clean good building good pool, good location, everything! Thomas from the front desk absolutely needs a personal shoutout.. he was a standout, went above and beyond for us. We were going to Pinel island for a day without knowing much and he quickly booked us a resto spot and took care of everything, he’s really a gem.

The room is nice and the view is beautiful. I do like that they try to accommodate their guests with free drinks in the fridge, a welcome drink, and they clean and re stock the room daily . Everything was nice minus the shower . The shower floor and walls has mildew/ mold. It is very outdated and needs to be disinfected and updated for everyone's health and safety . We paid more than average for one night and we should not be experiencing mold.

Everything about our stay at Mullet Bay Suites was wonderful. Amazing staff. Room was impeccable and beautiful. Great views. Next time I’ll get a balcony to drink my coffee. lol. Pool was fabulous and breakfast was delicious. I always had 2 cappuccinos, flat water, orange juice, and a side of eggs with my croissant and crepe. Chef was wonderful and took great pride in her work. The concierge Thomas was friendly and very helpful. He arranged a great day trip to Anguilla, Lotterie Farm, and many other beach days throughout the island. Already planning next vacation
