“The property was very clean, amd the surroundings absolutely lovely, even despite the heavy rain of storm Claudia. It's an old, OLD building, so some creaks and age-related setbacks were expected. However it does seem that the maintenance team is slacking somewhat. Mine and my neighbours' toilets had poor drain venting, and would gurgle loudly. A few electrical sockets were loose or broken. The electric radiator seemed to struggle to keep a comfortable temperature on colder nights (0°C), having...

“Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Staff were lovely. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was very clean, well appointed and cosy. Bed was comfortable. Bar / restaurant offered excellent food and drinks both in the evening and next morning for breakfast. Continental Breakfast included in the price was more than sufficient for our needs. Hopefully we'll get another opportunity to stay there. ”
