This hotel is not within walking distance of the church or grotto. Place is old and ran down. Guests in rooms anbove us were playing music loudly. Our room had cobwebs above the door. No A/C and not near anything situated in a neighborhood. This place lacks a lot of things. Luckily we only stayed one night.

A lovely pool breakfast available @13 euros if want. great service when check-in had my details and went straight to our room clean tidy warm all the mod cons comforts. Comfortable. Lovely outdoor porch balcony table chairs nice view easy to go to the sanctuaries. Grotto. Around 15 min walk Family great service recommended great bakery nearby Ukrainian church couple door s down. Lovely place loved it recommend

the location is great. close to the train station and the attractions. the view in our veranda is obsolutely beautiful. we walked rhe whole time we were there. the breakfast options is a bonus. the grocery is just a block away and there's bakery nearby . the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Scam

This particular property gave me ha huge headache! Stay away from this property! It is a sorry excuse of finding ways to scam their guests. Paid in full have the receipt on hand and showed up stated that my reservation does not exist, even though I have the payment receipt, confirmation was more than a month ago. The headache I had looking for another place during the busiest time of April in Lourdes. Stay away from this place, it’s a scam!

Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sofabed was actually comfortable and the linens were very clean. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and spacious. There is a really nice bakery just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the main road. Delicious croissants and hot coffee! The hotel seems well designed and situated for people visiting the nearby downtown and Sanctuary of Our Lady which is just 15 minute walk away ... Lots of shopping and food. We really liked Casa Italia and Au Roi Albert for dinner. Would stay there again.

It doesn’t take that long to walk to the Sanctuary from hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, specially during the off season. There is no line to compete to go to the grotto or fill the bottle with spring water. Good luck in the summer time. Always remember to spend time in adoration, located at the Crypt, behind the giant crown.

We arrived exhausted late at 9:30pm due to horrible Paris traffic. We did not understand the Zenitude email because it was in French so we’re surprised to be locked out.After trying the emergency number many time a Zenitude employee did not help. We were left stranded with no apologies or refund, just excuses! With the help of 5 Lourdes Good Samaritans we finally were helped by Hotel Raissy and Astrid who I highly recommend. Hotel Zenitude was cruel to us!!!!

I learned my lesson for the last time about not checking to see the pool temperature … It was freezing! Also the pool closes at 7 PM every single night. The one thing that made my son and I an easy walk into our room was that the hallways are completely blacked out until you move and then a light comes on automatically. But it’s very eerie every time we have to walk to and from the elevator to our room. I will definitely stay in town closer next time, or wish I would’ve stayed at Ibis. The only reason why I didn’t was because these guys had a pool which I didn’t get to go into.
