Our check in took over an hour. I had texted ahead of time to ask for rooms near to each other with no response. So when we got there it took about an hour to switch rooms then they wanted to charge me more which I explained I didn’t ask for a larger room. Our pillows Smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep on them. The floor in our one room was so dirty that the bottom of our grandkids feet were black. In the Morning we couldnt find one clean table to sit at for breakfast. Staff was friendly but only one staff person we saw in the two days that we were there. We never saw any cleaning people at all. Breakfast was adequate but nothing hot except a toaster for the bagels. We won’t go back.
