Building is under renovation which is listed on the site. But the amount of trash in the stairwells is staggering. Also, people were getting stuck in the elevator. It happened multiple times during the day so we opted for the stairs. The breakfast was extremely limited and the walls were paper thin in the hotel room. Could hear every person in the other rooms next to us and above us which kept us up most of the night on top of the highway traffic right next to our window.

It was absolutely horrible. The bathroom door didn't close. No toilet paper. No phone in the room. Pain on the curtains. Windows so dirty we couldn't see out. Stains on bedspread.

Apparently this hotel has new owners and are doing MAJOR renovations, so not faulting for that. Just seemed a little over priced for an old room- it was a little dingy and some fixtures were broken and or not working. The staff we did see were pleasant as were the construction crew. In a couple months I think it will be a great hotel with the total renovation that they are working hard to complete. They aren’t just replacing a few things to upgrade- they are doing major improvements. I hope they do very well.

Not impressed!

The door to our room did not lock. The only way we could keep it closed to put the bar across the door. I came up from breakfast and didn't have to use my key. I could just push on the door, and it came open. The room really needed to be updated. the carpet was old. They're cracked tiles in the bathroom. There was mold in the caulking in the bathroom. There was a big black stain on the comforter. We heard the highway traffic all night through the windows. All they had for breakfast was toast, cereal, cold eggs, and waffles.

The place is being renovated, so the room condition is somewhat understandable. But it wasn't nice. In the room there was a coffee pot, but no cups. Minimal amount of Toilet Paper on the roll, maybe enough for a single use, no back up roll. The breakfast had been moved to a conference room due to the renovation. But, there was no effort to make the place presentable, stacks of supplies leaning against the wall. The bread available for toast was 50% heel. The cereal was stale. The coffee dispenser has two options, regular and decaf, apparently the regular wasn't working so they put regular in the decaf side. One of the 4 juice dispensers was out of order as well. It just felt like there was a lack of effort to provide a good stay. The renovations were not something in their control, but the

I reserved a queen suit accessible with a sofa because my handicapped wife cannot sleep in a bed. Quality changed it to 2 queen beds and no sofa. Nothing else. My wife was in pain all night and didn’t sleep. Room was unfinished, no phone. Minimal breakfast items. Had to ask for milk and syrup. I’ve never felt so chested in all my life.

The property lies close to the freeways for quick access by car and in walking distance to a variety of fast food restaurants. The property was undergoing renovating while my stay, so I can only imagine it will be even better on my next stay.

Just OK

Comfortable bed but a lot of noise from the highway which was close. Grungy key cards that should have been wiped off before reissuing. Hair on the night stand. Holes in the bathroom door. This hotel needs a little TLC and some updates.

Location was great and cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. Only complaint is girl working desk was either smoking a cigarette or sitting around. The mornings she worked she did not replenish all food. We waited around for hot food brought out biscuits and sausage never did eggs or milk. Other times when other staff was there breakfast was always being replenished and area cleaned. We stayed 4 nights. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was constantly outside smoking or hanging out with friends in the parking lot. Pool was filthy. Breakfast was nonexistent with everything unavailable. Avoid this hotel.

Would stay here again when in the area!

The front desk staff was very friendly and quick. We asked for a room away from the pool and elevator and they accommodated our wishes. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, breakfast was good and we have no complaints. There could be some ascetic upgrades to the building, but our stay was enjoyable.
