Very budget. Terrible soap. Laminate on toilet seat pulled away/off so seat was rough plastic. Missing smoke detector, just wires. Missing remote. Once I realized yes it is suppose to have one I asked for it and they accommodated. Air conditioning unit full of snack food type debris and didn’t cool like it should. Couldn’t sleep because the room stayed hot. It acted more like just a fan. Breakfast was a joke. Fake juice, machines didn’t work. No real options for diabetics, gluten free or keto. This is one hotel that was cheaper but I feel it didn’t live up to even that price. Shower had good hot water though. That was a plus.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable with the thicker quilt that we liked. The bathroom seemed newly remodeled and was very clean. Much better than other motels we stayed in. A very important factor.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. Whatever you asked for or needed they are eager to help! The beds were comfortable and clean as well. Cons of this place was the rooms smell like cigarettes smoke although it says “No Smoking,” the refrigerator smelled like smoke too and it was super dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned out. We went to warm food in the microwave downstairs and it was a roach inside the microwave. Staff was notified and it was cleaned right away. But I threw my food out, I was disgusted.

My check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and nice. All staff was friendly. I liked all the restaurants within walking distance. I also LOVED the 24 hour coffee machine with various brew selections-light to dark; and there was always a pitcher of cold coffee cream in the mini fridge! Not a fancy hotel by any means, this is bare bones basic but that was all I required and my stay was great!

Great place if you are need a quick overnight, economical and clean place to stay! The price was terrific and our room was clean. Nothing fancy, but we were not looking for that anyway. The front desk manager up in check-in was great. He went over the top to help us as we had Some questions about the area. He was very kind. The only things we noted that were less than positive was the pungent skunky smell of someone smoking weed near the entrance that permeated the lobby and elevator. Also, breakfast was really disappointing. There were no protein options other than only peach yogurt cups that were filled with sugar and preservatives. Every other choice was bread/carb related. Every other Microtel we have stayed at had a hot breakfast Choice with egg/sausage patties or hard boiled eggs. There wasn't even a single fruit option at this location.

Friendly people

Great service, realistic workers, really down to earth and willing to conversate. Room was great and cleanliness was up to standard. Just had to make sure to flip on the AC as soon as I got in the room. Great weekend
