The hotel was very lovely, clean and the right amount of charm and funky atmosphere that one wants from a boutique hotel. The location is perfect in the NULU neighborhood and within walking or scooter distance from downtown, highland, Sluggerville and distilleries I would book here again.

Room very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and valet was perfect. In walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Only downside was that WiFi didn’t want to convey to our phones but after talking to the tech support line we were able to get it to work! Would greatly suggest staying here!

Overall staff was helpful, although check-in was complicated. Was initially advised the room I paid for wasn’t available because I booked through a third party (Expedia), but it got resolved. Also, there’s a club in really close proximity to the hotel. The music was so loud, I could hear the words in my room, on the 6th floor. The hotel itself is beautiful, has a rooftop bar with views of the city and the location makes it easy to get everywhere by foot.

Hotel is located right in the heart of Nulu with tons of restaurants/bars and boutiques within walking distance. Valet parking was a breeze we had no problems at all! All staff interactions we had were wonderful! Room was very clean, only thing is make sure you put a towel down on the bathroom floor as the shower has great pressure but it tends to create a puddle on the floor after a little bit.

We stayed in 4 hotels during a cross country trip and this was by far the best. I'm an interior designer and the decor made me silly happy. Every detail was well thought and executed and there were such cute amazing little surprises in every corner. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I left in a great mood after a stressful trip the day before. I was seriously working on planning a trip back before I even left the hotel. Also Louisville is a treat! Again, I was just passing through and had low expectations but the neighborhood was adorable with lots of fun places to explore within walking distance. 10/10 will return as soon as possible.
