Had an enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. The location of the hotel felt safe and had lot of restaurants and stores nearby. We did not know that breakfast was free, we were told that there was a fee for breakfast.

The staff was super nice. And the location is handy for anyone coming from the east on I-64. The room was clean and well-kempt. I did have a bit of trouble trying to turn the heat up, but it went up some, otherwise, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely stay there again when in Louisville.

Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and highway. Large facility with good gym and pool. Friendly staff. But they need to update the beds with mattress pads. And they need to tear down the damaged building in the front.

The hotel was okay. It was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. But there is an old section of the hotel that needs to be torn down. It’s all boarded up and looks uninhabitable. From our room window overlooking the area it’s disgusting, water standing, old furniture outside, it’s just unsanitary and unsightly.
