Never have I stayed in a hotel room that was more broken down than this one. The blinds were broken and they left office paper clips to hold them up. There was a horrible stain from god knows what on the bathroom floor and a hole by one of the electrical outlets. This was a disappointment for a Hilton hotel.

Lovely staff, clean and safe facility. Close to everything you n would need including Sams Club for gas (was walking distance if needed) or Walmart for last minutes items. Various eating establishments extremely close by.

Stayed during annual booked out time for all hotels in area due AAU tournaments. Therefore hotels should have contingency plan. Getting TOWELS/WASH CLOTHS should not have been an issue, but it was!! Otherwise my stay was good 👍.

Nice hotel but never again.

My stay at this hotel was very restful and clean my only problem with it is the lady that was hosting the breakfast area tried to pull a fast one on me. So the manager when I checked in noticed that a complimentary breakfast was not included when I made my reservation online so he very graciously gave me two vouchers for free breakfast which was awesome of him. The next morning when I went to breakfast I was unaware that there was going to be a host that took your dishes after you were done eating with that said I did not have any cash on me so I approached this lady and explained to her that I do not carry cash on me and I am sorry for not leaving a tip. With kind of an attitude she said it's no big deal don't worry about it. The next day I check my bank statement and I was charged $39 for breakfast and when I called the hotel the young lady that I spoke to which was not the lady that was hosting the breakfast area told me that I chose to charge breakfast to my room and there was no vouchers present. So when I explained to her that I did not have cash on me to leave her a tip she then threw away my vouchers and charged my room for two full breakfasts

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED

The room was clean and in good condition. The mattress was very disappointing. The microwave did not revolve. The shower gel dispenser was empty. Although the room was clean, it was a little disappointing for the rate I paid. Doubtful that we will stay at a Hilton Garden again.

Upon walking in the room, the first thing I noticed was it didn’t smell all that great. Next, I did my usual check for bedbugs and pulled back the mattress. The mattress cover was covered in hair along with a dead bug. Thankfully, no bedbugs, but those two issues detracted from my stay. I was just passing through and got a great deal on Orbitz so ultimately I don’t have any major complaints. The property otherwise seem to be in good condition and was easy on and off the highway.
