Staff (Mauve) and parking staff provided excellent customer service while checking into hotel. 8th floor dining staff excellent customer service, very pleasant, and outdoor space clean. Affordable, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Would stay again and recommend.

Kevin, who worked the front desk was incredibly helpful with giving me options to make me comfortable to telling me about their sister property so that i may have more options for the future. The downtown location is the main reason for our stay. We waited nearly 3 hrs. after the 4:00 check-in time for our room due to staffing. This prevented us from enjoying the pool before our show in the evening. The room was clean & the A/C worked fine. The bed pillows were worn out flat and need to be replaced.

Check in was horrible. Book my king room in January 2026, while I’m checking the staff told me my room is booked out. Waited for about 30mins before they can get me a double bed. Overall it was a nice stamdard hotel. It got the done. Bed is a bit hard so sleep was not great. I have stayed before and would book again. The breakfast has changed. They use to have a menu options in addition to the breakfast buffet. Not a fan of the buffet. It would be better if had a waffle maker. I have had free breakfast of better quality at other hotels. Location is good. Central to all the places I needed to go. Seems to have a good night life within walking distance with additional restaurants that were not there before.
