Check-in was quick. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I enjoyed a separate living room and bedroom. The rooms could use a bit of updating, especially getting rid of the carpet. Regardless, I would definitely come back again.

Pleasure trip to downtown Louisville with spouse and small dog. Staff were very helpful and organized. Access to downtown is good. Walking the dog around the area was fine. We were in a room with handicap access, which worked but was iffy in the shower due to problems with water getting out onto the main bathroom floor. We enjoyed the pool and the lobby bar. Breakfast was a bit mixed, running out on Sunday morning late but fine on Saturday and Monday. Dog worried about the robot vacuum cleaner in the hallways.

Saggy mattress. Inattentive room cleaning. Breakfast ran out of items and the coffee in one of the pots was barely warm. Our check in experience could have been more welcoming and friendly. Although it’s a great location accessible to Main Street and we enjoyed walking around downtown, we will not stay here again.
