Property was nice, I asked to only stay thru Sunday 10-12-2025, the front desk person stated they changed the reservation. We left on Sunday, but was charged through Monday. I would like to find out how to receive a refund on Sunday night stay.

This is an amazing hotel. Everyone one was extremely nice. The room was over the top with a great bed and great lighting. If they could improve on anything their chair could be replaced with something more comfortable.

The two nights we stayed were good. Was not made aware of this fee that is applied if the staff deems you a risk of destroying the room. 20 extra dollars a night. So to my shock after being told it was all paid up to be sprung on with this 41 some dollars extra. We pulled the rest out in cash and did not have it on the card, could not take cash for the payment. Would have been nice to know of this before hand so I did not have to ask family to spot that 40. The over night receptionist was amazing though. I forgot her name. She was so kind and because of her we will most likely book with this place again.

Potential to be fantastic

The hotel's only been open a month which explains the chemical "new carpet" smell. There was also a bad, slightly sewer smell to one of the pillows/cases on the bed. Great hotel otherwise.
