Location is good, 10 minutes driving to Kentucky Exposition Center. The facility is old, the breakfast is quite simple (no eggs), and no shampoo in the bathroom.

You don't find out until you check in, but there's NO ELEVATOR to the 2nd floor, making it incredibly difficult to drag your bags upstairs.

Older hotel but very clean. Staff was great. Food within walking distance. Was there for the derby. Location is perfect. Easy uber ride and for the price very happy. Will stay again if We make another derby

Great stay

The staff were very punctual at requests. They were also very tolerant of our large group gathering nightly in the lobby! We thank you for that! Our room was clean and bed was comfy even though they are double beds!

The positive Breakfast and a place to sleep and convince of location Negative Pool looks long term abandoned but they say it’s temporary Had no soap, toilet paper , and sheets felt wet at check in I’m pretty sure a hand full of “guests” live there I Watched one move out at check in 2 star on a good day and I’m not a picky person… Way more to complain about to any other person

Stay was adaquate for what it was, a one night rest stop. The garbage was not removed from the room before we arrived. There was no soap left on the bathroom sink (only in shower). Barely any "breakfast" unless you want toast & muffins. Quick walk to Outback Steakhouse
