“Food was amazing! Service friendly and nice BUT Air conditioning was malfunctioning. The room was really, really cold!! ”

“Last second booking turned into a really nice stay. Old-building character with all the modern amenities. The host was more than gracious. 100% recommend.”

“Clean rooms and staff was attentive”

“Good view and very complete room. Great technology”

“Fantastica estadia, muy buena ubicacion e instalaciones.”

“Lovely place to stay, the staff were amazing and breakfast was simple but convenient. Location was perfect as close to everything I needed. The team gave some great recommendations nearby and room was huge and comfortable, just watch out for the shower it takes ages to heat then comes out piping hot - expected in a Manor.”

“Good location, clean, and good facilities in room. Had to go up a flight of stairs to get to it which was difficult with luggage and the door sometimes wouldn’t lock properly and took a few goes to work.”

“Smooth check-in process, friendly and knowledgeable GSA’s. Clean and well appointed apartments, with great views of River Derwent. Well located, away from the busy streets of Downtown Hobart, but only a short 2.5km drive into CBD. Only issue we came across was the mattress, very firm, almost too hard to be comfortable.”

“I had a good stay. Newly renovated room, good location, everything was clean. My only complaint is that the hallway smelt of burnt rubber and that smell mildly drifted into the room. I would assume there was something done recently and it’s only temporary.”

“Great area easy access by uber or bus, staff good, cleaning could be better (found some dirty spots in room) ”

“Good location, once you got use to the hill. Although it's a pub very little noise from the patrons. Great little grocery shop just around the corner.”

“Excelente”

“Kevin is incredibly nice and his breakfast is delicious. The check-in and check-out were very flexible and quick which is very practical and appreciated.”

“Check-in is at the Pizza shop below the rooms. Rooms are clean but basic.”
