Vacations Close To Loughcrew Adventure Centre

Very well located for the Guinness Storehouse and Hueston Station. Slightly further out of town for places like city centre or Temple Bar. Okay for one night stay, beds could defs be upgraded as was not the comfiest as well as internet was not great.

This is a hidden gem that should be rated as a 5 star. The rooms were excellent, modern and luxurious. The furnishings in the room were exquisite. The bar area was excellent and the roof top area was beautiful, with excellent breakfast. Also, the location was very good; a short walk to Merrion Square and Trinity College. The only thing missing are proper parking options.

We liked how central this property was, and that the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry facilities were functional and comfortable. When we arrived at the apartment we experienced flies swarming around in the hallways and inside the apartment. Not a great first impression. The building and apprtment are older, there's visible signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness in the common areas (halls and lobby was lacking). Some of the windows were broken and needed repair and attention in the apartment itself, the mechanical closers were just busted and didn't work. Picture missing on the wall. Serviette stuffed in the old deadbolt key hole that was never repaired. The area is noisy at night, people yelling and sirens constantly. Definitely take ear plugs! The check-in process of having to download a 3rd party app and picking up the apartment keys at another location (City Breaks office) was super inconvenient! Depending on which property you are staying with this agency, be prepared to either walk with your luggage, take multiple taxis/buses if you don't have a car - just to check-in! If you are young partiers and like proximity to lively pubs and restaurants, this is a great place for you! If you are a family, maybe try a quieter part of the city.

Overall, the accommodations were adequate. There were just a few issues: 1. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur. We were not prepared to vacate and therefore our apartment was not cleaned during our stay. 3. The hot water supply did not seem adequate for our family -- we were constantly running out every day, meaning there was an elongated wait to use the shower.

Nice hotel with a great gym and pool/jacuzzi. Super nice staff.

Excellent property in the heart of Dublin ! Great for strolling.
