Although it’s slightly dated, the rooms are super clean and Amir on the front desk is super helpful and accomadating and was helpful with late check in. The price is fair and I would definitely stay again.

We took a family room. The size of the room was adequate. Room was clean. A fridge , fan , iron was also available. Plenty of parking space. Lot of restaurants in easy walking distance. A nice quiet town center with a river flowing by. The location is also a very good base for Cornwall. Everything within an hour or so.

The rooms are always meticulously clean and the property is well maintained. Having reintroduced the full english breakfast in a traditional sense the property has regained our commitment to booking a bed with breakfast rate. The staff are always very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located not only to see what Lostwithiel has to hold but for accessing other towns and villages in Cornwall.

This was our second visit to the hotel and again, we had a wonderful time. We stayed in Room 9 with our dog and 2 children which is a beautiful room. The staff again were lovely and Amir, the new manager, was very kind and friendly, ensuring always that we were having a great stay. We used the pool every morning and evening and was always warm. We love the hotel not only due to all of this but because it is in a great location to go off and explore Cornwall East, West and North. We will be back soon.

We had a lovely stay here basic room but clean nice hot shower. The staff are very friendly and the manager is a lovely man. Breakfast was very good I cant fault it for what we paid. We also managed to use the EV charger which was really helpful. We would stay here again.
