“We had a a room with the most amazing view overlooking Drake Bay! Te restaurant is close to the beach that you can hear the sound of waves”

“We love love LOVED our stay here!!! Just thinking about our time here makes me want to be back in Costa Rica!! I thought it might not be our kind of place - and I also didn't realise the Corcovado day trip boats could pick you up from there - but I chose to spend a couple of nights there so that we'd be half-way along the Drake Bay Trail. But it actually turned out to be one of our favourite stays in Costa rica (and we traveled the country for a month!). Firstly, it was right on a beautiful...

“Un paseo único contacto con la naturaleza muy increíble ”

“House was exactly as advertised and had a great view. There was a berry tree in front of the house and every day two red Macaws would perch there followed by two toucans. The breakfast was great and you can walk down the stairs right to the beach. The only drawback was the hike up to the house, but everything else was perfect.”

“El lugar es precioso, mi parte preferida en Costa Rica. La comida estaba muy buena, las instalaciones no son lujosas pero está todo muy limpio, es cómodo, tienen aire acondicionado, etc. La atención es inmejorable, la dueña se quedó hablando con nosotros hasta bien entrada la noche contándonos historias de su infancia en Bahia Drake, uno de los mejores momentos en todo el viaje. Recomendado 100%. The place is beautiful, my favorite part of Costa Rica. The food was very good, the facilities...

“EXCELENTE UBICACION EL SERVICIO Y PERSONAL TAMBIEN DE PRIMERA”

“We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

“We had a bad experience with the hotel's social media support and management, but the hotel itself is very beautiful. The views are spectacular, and the staff's service is excellent—they're always available when you need something. I especially want to highlight the attention and the food from the cook, Lili. I truly believe the hotel would lose its essence without her. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs, so you need to be in good shape to access the rooms.”

“Habitación con vista al mar ”

“Cadre magnifique personnel super restaurant sur place ..très bon rapport qualité /prix plusieurs séjours sur trois années je recommande vivement”

“Really great staff who really know the area and cultivate the farm. They can give you information on ecology you won't find outside of guided tour groups in the park, and there's also yoga. The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. ”
