La estancia en sí es buena, es solo para dormir, la atención igual, solo recomendaría cambiar las toallas porque son demasiado delgadas y parece que las cortaron con tijeras de niños, y las sábanas o cubre colchón deberían ser de la medida adecuada, al dormir se salía demasiado fácil

Llegué al hotel y no se respetó mi reservación que por cierto ya estaba pagada directamente en la plataforma de hoteles.com, en mostrador me dijeron que estaba sobrevendido y no había habitación, me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar el pago, me pueden ayudar a enviarme el reembolso?

Hotel no apto para vacacionar

Este Hotel no cuenta con Closer o Ropero donde colgar ropa, tampoco donde poner maletas, las nuestras en el piso, hay que avisar que enciendan el boiler para tener agua calente, hay fugas de agua debajo del Lavabo, las llaves se desconectan a las 11:00 pm., en los cuartos anexos y arriba hay demasiado ruido, además hay que ir a la administración y piden dinero por depósito. Malo Malo Malo

Stay away from this place

Did not stay we were told we could not park inside secure area,and would have to park on road,this is after we paid. As our car was full inside this was not exceptable,so we said we would just have our money back ,we had to wait for the manager who came in never said a word and banged or money down on counter. Would recommend you to sleep in your CAR
