Vacations Close To Los Limones Thermal Waters

The room was a suite and was very large. It was kept clean and the location was very good for us.

This was a magical experience. Perfect location with perfect amenities. Definitely come back.

From walking in the door through checkout the staff was phenomenal: helpful, pleasant, anticipating needs. The hotel itself was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Room was exceptionally clean, well appointed. Top notch stay all around.

What I liked was the location we had for the price we paid. We were able to walk around and there were plenty of restaurants and a 7 eleven in the corner . What we did not like was the shower, very poor water pressure and had to wait a lot for the hot water. Also, you can hear the elevator noise as well as other guests noises.

Gorgeous hotel with an exceptionally helpful staff and fantastic on-site restaurant. Outside the hotel can be chaotic and sometimes very noisy, but the hotel itself is a little oasis. Room was very nice and the maid service was top notch. On nights when there was music on the square in front of the hotel (Sunday) it could be a bit loud, but otherwise we had a great experience at Casa de la Luz.

Awful place…totally empty. can’t use pool without extra fees. Paper thin doors ….belonging stolen from room….avoid Mexico City it’s dangerous and not cool for Americans..I was assaulted right outside of hotel by two slackers who bumped into me….wont ever go back to Mexico City or that awful hotel..
