Residenza Piranesi is truly exceptional. The customer service here is, without question, the best I have ever experienced in Europe. The staff is wonderfully diverse, yet every person shares the same remarkable qualities: they are intelligent, thoughtful, warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. They anticipate what you need before you even have to ask and make every guest feel genuinely valued.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Every detail reflects care and pride, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Rome.
What makes this hotel unforgettable, however, is its extraordinary team. Their kindness and professionalism elevated our entire experience. Residenza Piranesi doesn’t deserve just five stars—it deserves ten stars out of five. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I would return without hesitation!

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. The hotel is beautifully maintained and so clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Air conditioning was cold and much needed in August! The rooftop was a lovely place for an evening drink. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything!
