Breakfast was very good, delicious homemade salsa to top it off. Room was nice, staff were nice enough. Tried to take a hot tub after two staff members told us where it was— no hot tub! Pool was pathetic looking too. It was a nice room, right off the freeway, reasonable price. Plenty of parking, they allow dogs and have lemonade at the check-in counter, and dog bones too! That was very sweet.

Nice hotel. Not technically in the heart of Los Gatos which was a bummer because it’s about a 15-20 minute walk into town. Hotel lobby was nice and clean, but after 3 nights our room was never cleaned. No new towels and no garbage taken out even though they said at check in we’d have housekeeping every other day. Other than that the price was fair, friendly staff and excellent free daily breakfast with strong coffee. We won’t stay here again because the location is not ideal without a car, but other than that had a good stay!
