the resort was gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the resort it self is very quite , we spend 5 nights there ,and there were nothing happening to keep the guests entertained , the TVs in the rooms weren't working , there was no activates during the day or night time, the plus point was that we had access to their sister resorts and they had shuttles provided for transportation , we kept ourself busy exploring the sister resorts and would come back to rest up at Pacifica .

We came down here with 12 people. All 12 of us had the time of our lives! From the food to the golf course, to hotel hopping to the sister companies pools. The staff at our hotel, we had a private butler that set us up on trips and taxis. They were very accommodating to the 12. The butlers made reservations for us during dinner hours. Even though you can’t swim in this beach, we hopped on the shuttles to the sister hotels and swam at that beach. Such a wonderful time!

Property was well maintained and kept clean. Our room seemed to be in need of updating but we found it clean and functional. We were impressed with the staff always seemed to be working very hard, acknowledging guests and professional. We had a great overall experience at this resort. The food was outstanding and easily the best all inclusive food we’ve had. There was a great variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they are definitely showing their age and could use a remodel. That said, the property was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One feature we really appreciated was the shuttle service to the other properties and the golf course. It was convenient, reliable, and made it easy to enjoy everything the resort area had to offer. While the rooms could use an update, the excellent food, great service, and convenient amenities made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.
