The resort was beautiful, with an outstanding golf course and excellent restaurants. It’s a large property, but convenient shuttles run every 5–10 minutes, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a truly high end experience.

We was stunned by our view from our villas. There will be a lot of shuttling so expect wait times even though they do a good job. We had a few issues that made the stay a bit uneasy but overall the stay was a great time. The round of golf at Quivera was the highlight of the trip and well worth it!

We always enjoy our time at Pueblo Bonito Sunset. This time we stayed at the Montecristo Villas and had access to the resort. The villa was amazing! The food is always delicious, the staff is always gracious, kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate whatever the need is. We highly recommend this resort to any and everyone we talk to. We will continue to be guests here for the foreseeable future. Thank you Pueblo Bonito for making our family vacations and celebrations always something to remember.

Pueblo Bonito Montecristo is a truly extraordinary experience and value! Our party of six included two preteens. They loved the private pool included in our three bedroom villa. Our concierge, Kia, was an absolute delight. She explained, she executed and was charming throughout our stay. She made reservations, provided advice and generally guided our stay with zero bumps The villa was spotless and housekeeping was executed flawlessly and invisibly. Room service brought our requests with dispatch and always a friendly greeting. No matter the hour, snacks, wine, coffee, etc were always available. Restaurants are excellent, and our visit to sister property Rose' for brunch was a huge success. Service at the pool bars was fast and friendly as was poolside dining. There are add on options in a couple of venues but our party never even inquired, the all inclusive choices were excellent. Our in house transportation arrangements were first rate and our granddaughters really enjoyed their first limo rides. Shuttle service around the massive Montecristo grounds required only very short waits after calling. The most overwhelming characteristic of this stay for us was the good humor and incredible poise, friendliness and charm of every single staff member we encountered. From wait staff, shop clerks, drivers, even the landscapers! Our first trip to Baja and Montecristo could not have been better!

The villa was clean overall, well appointment, nicely done and good amenities, however some closet shelves were dusty, bed cover on the main floor bedroom was stained, found a bug on one of the bathrooms, the air conditioning leaks just outside of the main bedroom towards the kitchen and becomes slippery, plus a few other smaller issues. I'll go back but I'd suggest to have the villas inspected prior to the guests arrival instead of the occupants having to call to get issues resolved. Having the pool and spa are a big plus and we enjoyed them very much.

Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Montecristo was absolutely unforgettable, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every team member treated us with genuine kindness, professionalism, and warmth. The level of customer service was outstanding. Everyone greeted us with a smile, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and always made us feel welcomed and valued. Every request was handled quickly and with care, and it was clear that the staff truly takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for their guests. The villas were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. What truly sets Montecristo apart, however, is its incredible staff. Their dedication, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality turned a great vacation into a memorable one. Thank you to the entire Pueblo Bonito Montecristo team for making our trip so special. What an incredible 5 star experience. Our family felt safe, and we were so comfortable. The food was top notch, and everyone was satisfied. We had a great stay at the Montecristo Villas with the all inclusive plan! We fit six adults comfortably in the villa. The villa was very clean, but cloth furnishings and bedding were dated. That is the only con of the entire stay. The view from the villa is second to none. The food was outstanding! We ate at the Montecristo restaurant (excellent breakfast selections), poolside at sunset for lunch (redundant menu, but who tires of fish tacos and nachos?), and had dinners onsite at Sunset Beach. The shuttle system was a breeze. The drivers are accommodating and so very friendly. Pool service was awesome, Arizbeth was especially attentive. The amazing staff, the views, the food and the spacious clean villas made this a family trip to remember!

We had a wonderful stay at the Montecristo and we can’t wait to return! The property is stunning! Palm trees, beautiful colorful flowers, and cliffs over looking the beautiful ocean. Staff goes out of their way to help you in any way. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. There are multiple restaurants throughout the property. Shuttles also run to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts and all are included on the all inclusive plan. This was our first time here but won’t be our last. If I had one con, it would be that they were a little pushy about the timeshare presentations. On a short trip with our kids, I didn’t want to waste an afternoon on a presentation. I wish there was alternative options… maybe an online webinar that could be viewed not during vacation? I’m sure it is a wonderful place to have ownership but didn’t want to take away from our vacation.
