The property is very nice, clean and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. This area is very windy all of the time. There were only 3 restaurants open. The menus are limited, the portions are so small that you leave hungry and they are very expensive. We ended up ordering room service often. The drinks are $25 and up. The all inclusive resorts in Cabo that I have been to had much better food with much more variety, including very good Japanese restaurants. This is not a bad resort, but it is just not for me.

One thing that really stood out was how helpful they were when I accidentally lost my Gucci glasses. The team took the time to look for them, kept me updated, and ultimately found them for me. Gorgeous place. Friendly and attentive staff. Not the best location if you want semi-affordable transportation to town. They have standardized fees with a local taxi company which are 200% mark-up.

Staff was amazing. The concierge help us get our phone after we forgot it in a cab, the trainer came in on a day off to conduct a one on one handpad boxing session, all the food was fantastic and we didn’t have any trouble finding space around the pools.
