Staff was really nice and hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel. It’s not bad but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The windows in the room are like you’re in a basement. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible.

Quiet and relaxing vibe

We booked this hotel at the last minute. Most hotels that were available online were all inclusive which is not our style so we were happy to find this property. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. It is a little on the older side, but it is very well kept up And very comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The property’s design is perfectly integrated into the site which is tucked between two larger hotels operated by the same group offering some great restaurants and resort amenities access.
