It was a great experience, and all the staff were very helpful. There are 6–7 pools in total, and one of them has a unique red stone design, which was very impressive. This resort is very kid-friendly, and the food was excellent. The spa was outstanding — very affordable for the quality of service provided, and honestly, I had never experienced such good service before. I would definitely go back and stay at this resort again because the staff, food, and overall service were amazing. They also have night shows that are enjoyable for both kids and adults. Another thing I appreciated was that the staff were not pushy about tips.

Positive: Beautiful property, clean, staff are amazing, pools are nice, food was ok. Our teens had a blast and loved their pizza. The hotel is family friendly and not a huge party vibe. Negative: #1 complaint was all the empty pool chairs saved by people at 7am. On check-in the front desk immediately hand you over to their sales team and push their vacation membership. Hard rock hotel is on the pacific side and it has a little more wind but not bad. It’s an easy taxi ride to the marina.
