Our room had a musty smell that was not satisfactory resolved when the maintenance cleaned the vents. The phone didn't work to call for room service. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurants were mostly average, not exceptional. The best food was at the wedding reception. We didn't get to the hibachi restaurant. The wait staff by the pool was excellent.

Rooms were clean, pool staff was AMAZING we always had a drink in our hand. All the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and so much fun!! Manny one of the bartenders by the pool was so much fun and the guy that managed the pool area was also fabulous. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.
