We loved this beautiful resort! The oceanfront room view was spectacular, the room itself could use some updating but we were not there to spend time in the room so this was not a big deal. The nightly entertainment was awesome - we had small children with us and they were always entertained. The water aerobics each day were amazing! The food and drinks were amazing! That being said, we did feel as AI customers that sometimes the service was slow (if they knew you were AI). Would absolutely return to this resort.

Rooms were really nice! The beds were really firm. Amenities and staff were absolutely amazing! I loved all the different activities they had every hour.. water yoga, pool volleyball, water cycling, arts/crafts, etc.. All the staff was very very friendly.

Breakfast didnt start til 7am and the pool service did not start til 10am which were both a little late. Before 7am you had to pay for coffee and the ice cream place was also not all inclusive. The steak reastaurant was also not included in theball inclusive. Aside from that the resort was clean and the staff was nice.
