Room and view was great. Staff is very friendly. Service is very slow. Limited food options. They make you sign after every drink and meal. Including tips. Then charges you again at checkout. Property is great but their system is not.

The property was amazing! Loved the classic style and the gorgeous patio overlooking the water. The staff were outstanding. Had lots of fun with the whole entertainment team- shout out to Raziel, Galilea, and Andrei just to name a few! The food was fantastic too! Really enjoyed the Queen show. I would definitely return.

It was okay experience for all inclusive. We had to sign everywhere. Food choice is less compare to other all inclusive resorts i been. Can’t swim on beach so it is only good for a walk. Pools are awesome but poolside bar service is very slow. Tomatoes buffet is a joke. Same menu each day for breakfast and dinner and not to forget you still have to wait for a table and service is very very slow. Do NOT book for all inclusive. There are more likely for time share people.
