This is such a special place for our family! The staff is so friendly, the accommodations are beautiful, and the views are spectacular. A few shining stars that were exceptional with their service were Rafael at Las Marias Restaurant, Enrique at Los Riscos Restaurant, and Arturo and Jesus poolside at El Patio. Food in here was delicious! Lots of healthy choices and the all inclusive was amazing for the price! Staff was lovely and welcoming. Pools clean and staff our great, however no beach access. All inclusive is not exactly all inclusive they have a premium upgrade for sale when you arrive. This resort was beautiful. Gorgeous pools and grounds, very friendly staff, amazing food. We would definitely go again, however I don’t know we'd go again with small children. Our kids 3 years old and 10 months old had a great time, but the lack of buffet option made dinners very difficult for us. We also found not all restaurants had a kids menu or great vegetarian options. The kids pool was really well designed though and all the other pools also had kid feiendly areas. The staff were also so great with our kids and very accomodating. So overall would go again and if your kids sit well at meal times, you’ll have a great time.
