Clean comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Only negative was they have one indoor air conditioned restaurant that does breakfast and lunch but all dinner dining is outside in the heat and pool bar closes at 6:00pm

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The staff at the pool and beach go out of their way to help you. The hotel is right on Medano Beach and is great. The pool is beautiful with lots of chaise lounges. Love the property.

What a fantastic resort and it’s made all the better by the staff. Friendly helpful and professional. From the check in desk, Paola could not have been more accommodating to our early arrival. To the wait towel and pool staff whose attentive assistance was always appreciated. The spa is fantastic. The onsite restaurants offer a wide selection of food options. Special mention to the beach side restaurant and its friendly staff. Already planning a return vacation.

Great overall place. Perfect location on the best beach in Los Cabos. You’re walking distance to everything. Only thing the place needs to improve is pool water temperature. It is hot, it doesn’t make you want to go in or be in there for long as it is not refreshing.
