I liked this hotel a lot ! all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the restaurants on property were very good and i enjoyed how close the beach was , the beach club staff was amazing! and the staff by the pool as well overall very good experience!

We liked helpful n happy staff throughout the property. The views are beautiful and loved the close proximity n access to the beach. The housekeeper was also phenomenal! Food at brewery out did the food at beach club, by far.

Not only the Resort was very pleasant and provided quality amenities but where it was located that provided scenic view of Cabo Bay and landscape. In addition, some connection to various nightlife events in city area.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The views from the pool were very nice. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. I did see roaches multiple times in the restroom and even one on my toilet. I also saw a bigger roach by the ice machine on the second floor.

The property and the staff were very helpful and professional, the only downside was the 360 Roof Top. The DJ was not taking request for salsa music. We were very disappointed that no salsa or Latin music was played the 5 nights we stayed.

All the pools were clean, the beach was clean, the staff was nice, the rooms could definitely be updated, but I was upgraded in so I cannot complain. It’s really close to the bars, coffee and restaurants so don’t feel stuck to stay on resort but the resort was excellent. Five star review for me. Excellent service at the pool, the food was good, but again you’re close to eating off resort so unless you purchased the all inclusive package, I would say try out some different local restaurants like across the street.

I would so love to give this property 5 stars. Unfortunately, it fell just a little short. It’s beautiful, very spacious, the staff was great. We even scored an upgraded room and celebration amenities for my husband’s birthday. Were it fell short was the bed, super uncomfortable. It was so hard by night 2 my husband and I both were taking Advil for hip, butt and back pain. I could nick pick at a few other things but I won’t. I still give it 4 stars because all and all we had a wonderful time and I would still stay again. Next time I would go to Walmart and get a mattress pad.

We love the location, the rooms, the staff, the food. We only have one issue and that is we have had to request back the $300 hold placed on the room at arrival. We have called several times and they said it can take a week to be refunded. It’s been past that. The charges have gone through on our credit card, I have the statement and would rather the hotel correct the error instead of escalating it through our credit card company! If it wasn’t for that…we’d have given 5 stars.
