I was looking for a small Mexican-style boutique hotel that was affordable but still full of charm, and this place was perfect. The staff was so kind and welcoming, they truly made us feel like family. Special thanks to Maggy for her sweet attitude and great recommendations for food and excursions. The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with authentic Mexican touches. Restaurants and a market are just steps away, and it’s an easy walk to Medano Beach, the marina, and Lazaro Cardenas for shopping and nightlife. Even though it’s an older building, everything was well maintained and clean! We had what we needed: a mini fridge, shared kitchen, and cozy outdoor seating. The gates close at night, which made us feel very safe. If you want a clean, budget-friendly, and truly local place to stay, this is it.

Maggie, the front desk worker, was amazing! So kind and welcoming. They are in the process of renovating the rooms at this point. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, AC fan, and tv that has access to netflix. It was really close to amenities auch as qalmart, sou wnir shops, and tons of restaurants to try out.

I love this place. The ambiance is amazing. It’s very quiet. The staff are wonderful. They know me by name. They accommodate me during every stay and have even started offering perks. Staff were wonderful. Truly genuine people wanting guests to have an amazing time in Cabo. The place was clean. Location is convenient to so many places and things to do. Excellent for that. The area felt safe for walking around, even after dark. Many good local restaurants within a few blocks as well as the busy, tourist places at the harbor. Things to be prepared for. The top floor rooms are beautiful, but not entirely walled. Meaning, curtains are the thing between you and the rest of the hotel public areas. At night if the lights are on inside, you can see what’s happening in the room from the street. Still, it’s so pretty and spacious it’s hard to complain. Just be prepared. If you’re looking for traditional hotel rooms, this isn’t your place. If you want a local and traveler vibe, you’ll love it. Water pressure is not consistent. Be prepared to play, will I have enough water to shower? Will the shower stay on the whole time? There’s mosquito netting because it’s not actually a room - use it or be eaten up overnight. Without walls be prepared to be woken up by traffic, bells, loud music, and motorcycles. There’s a lot of street noise in the area, late into the night and starting at dawn. I was tired enough each night to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper you might need earplugs. Water is not potable. Bring a filter or life straw or buy bottled water. Walmart supercenter and many groceries are within a short walk. Overall it’s a great value for the price.
