Beautiful resort and property great location and food/drink options on site are amazing and super handy to have the market and kitchen in room also stocked really well. Our only disappointment was the early closing of pool and jacuzzis. Pretty much the entire hotel shuts down by 10pm which on vacation is very disappointing. I had stayed at the other Hilton and there was no such thing so found this to be bit strange and a buzzkill each evening. It’s still so hot at nighttime that an evening swim/hangout would have been perfect. I hope they reconsider this as it seems a missed opportunity for the hotel as well

Room and property were very clean and well kept. Plenty of pool side chairs. Poolside staff very attentive. Javier’s Cantina: poor! Terrible and slow service (we were one of max 3 tables) they got our order completely wrong, took nearly 2 hours to bring our food out, and food was less than average. Steaks were awful. Definitely expected a lot more. Skip and go to Applebees or chilis for better food.

Great place to stay! Extremely clean! Employees very helpful. The only down side were the ladies at the concierge that got annoyed when you declined the breakfast they offered for 90 minutes. We did not want to do it and once we said no, their attitude immediately changed and seemed upset. I had to wait until there was a different staff member at the concierge desk to reserve my trip to Cactus Tour. But other than that it’s a very safe place and easy to get around. You can easily cross the street and visit the restaurants there too which have great food and very nice people. I recommend to get the taxis, the guys in the front coordinate that for you and take the license plates of the taxi that picks you up and who he takes. It feels safe. I would definitely come back!
