Credit Card Machine broke down as we were registering. Tried 3 different cards and none worked and it took 15-20 minutes to register. Front desk clerk, Tanya was, however, a gem. She took care of us all weekend.
Also, when we were trying to leave to make it to the airport for a flight, a staff member had allowed someone to park overnight on the ramp out of the underground garage, completely blocking our exit. Had to call an Uber to pick up my friend or he would have missed his flight. Tanya, again, was tremendous and took the parking charge off of our bill for the inconvenience.

It's less than basic, but this will do if you are looking for something close to LAX. Also, expired yogurt and brown bananas are just a glimpse of how awful their breakfast is.

Didn't like difficulty/lack of obtaining room service, fire alarm going off in the early morning. Desk attendant Marty was extremely courteous and helpful during our stay. Please commend him.

Ants were in the breakfast area and in our room all over the floor.
