This hotel is prime beach location and the staff is ALWAYS AMAZING! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and will pretty much be my go to hotel everytime I come to LA. Rooms are always clean, staff is always helpful and courteous and the location is excellent for beach access as well as bars and restaurants. Having onsite private parking is also a HUGE PLUS! Overall definitely a must stay if you are in the Venice Beach area!

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. The main negatives were that the AC didn’t work very well, and the WiFi was extremely unreliable. Unfortunately, the television channels also relied on WiFi, so watching TV was often spotty in the evenings when the hotel was busier and the network was congested.

Location is perfect right ON the beach. Two minute walk to Washington blvd where there are a lot of restaurants/bars etc. Hotel has a very nice rooftop and a comfortable outdoor area with couches on main level overlooking the beach. Room was clean, bed comfy and I was happy. You get a real beach experience staying there.

Perfect hotel you walk out and you are on the beach right next to the pier, walking distance literally to a convenient store and restraunts and bars no need to uber any where. There is an outside deck with fire pits and a top deck with beautiful view of the ocean. The room it self is small has a fridge, The microwave is right outside the room in a clean little hall way. This was perfect for our little stay.

Don't stay here if you are expecting luxury. Other than a little wear and tear, this is a great hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the location is close enough to walk to everything but distant enough that you aren't in all the noise. Great stay!
