This property is very close to great cafes and unique shops. The price was reasonable. Our room was a bit small but clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was free which is a big bonus in LA. We had everything we needed and were helped by the manager to rent a downstairs room as we are Golden Oldies and have a bit of trouble on stairs. I was even surprised at how quiet it was for being on Hollywood Way. It would be nice if the front window opened more than a couple of inches, but they might have had problems with downstairs rooms in the past being too accessible to bad actors. We will be back in the future .

Room was clean but incredibly small, as is the bathroom. Room was noisy as well, and A/C would turn on for 30 seconds and then shut off, no matter what I did. However bed was comfortable which mattered the most to me.

Staff was really friendly. Room was super clean. The door latch was loose though and the bathroom window would only close if the latch was at a 65 degree angle. Plus, I was lucky that a guy was pulled over and was directing me out of the parking lot. I had to back out into oncoming traffic. My stuff was safe however and they were very nice.

Staff is wonderful and they still service the rooms everyday of your stay. Location is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. They even have a great Mexican restaurant literally in the parking lot. Yes it’s an economy hotel but it far exceeds expectations
