The pool was cold and small. The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was clean and a nice size. It served its purpose for a quiet night rest. It is so close to universal and places to eat. We will come again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is a pricey hotel but the location was worth it since we were going to Universal Studios! I would say if you’re paying this price to stay here parking should have definitely been included but it was a separate charge which to me just isn’t justified. Staff was incredibly kind and they did have coffee, tea and juices available for guests 24/7 which was very nice. Overall a great stay.

The room felt extremely humid throughout our stay, to the point that all of our belongings felt damp and humid when we left. One of the windows was also cracked open for our entire stay, and there was no way to close it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself is quite rundown and could use some updates and maintenance.

We stayed for our annual HHN at Universal. This was a nice , reasonably priced place for us to stay. There is no shuttle to Universal and I’m not sure walking was a great choice because of how hilly the area is. We used Uber which was great. They had a very basic beverage area in the morning. Juice, coffee, tea. We would stay again.

Location is perfectly walkable to Universal studios. The swimming pool is super tiny 12x12 feet but enough for kids to enjoy at end of day. Restaurants are right across the street including a Starbucks. Couldnt ask for a more convenient location.

The staff were very friendly, Rooms were ok, beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was great. The location is perfect for walking to Universal Studios. They nickel and dime you though. We checked in 2 hrs early and they charged $25 . We checked out in the morning and had them store our luggage and they charged $10.

Although it’s an older property, the rooms have been updated and maintained. Being we were there in August and it was hot, I was thrilled that they had covered parking. Front staff was friendly, cleaning staff was friendly. Even though they do not serve breakfast, there is an excellent smoothie and breakfast place across the street. Along with Starbucks. I’d stay again.
