Nice property, very typical of a large hotel. The lobby bar served food, friendly staff and good food. Decent pool and gym. The property is close to small shops and places to get a haircut. I have mix feelings about it. Aside I already paid for my stay, the hotel charged $250 when you check in - it’s not to hold your card in the system but to in case of there’s damage during your stay. And it depends on your back how many days you’ll get your money back, which by the way, not complete bc the hotel also charge extras such as Destination Fee, overnight parking, and more with the total of $88. Most staff were nice. I asked if we could check out late like 1pm or so bc we planned to ride the boat tour (start at 11:30am) and then may be grab lunch; the receptionist said they can’t.. so yeah, that’s pretty much it. Beautiful lobby though, but that’s not something new to us.
