Very clean and nice hotel. Loved the pool and 12 pm checkout. $18 daily credit was used for 2 yummy coffees and a pastry. Parking and tourism fees add up but the comfy beds and perfect location make up for it.

Great hotel great staff the young man at the front desk who assisted me with check in was amazing his name was Christian his customer service skills were exceptional and the entire staff was vey friendly and inviting the hotel is beyond beautiful with fantastic views made my birthday very special and I would definitely book here in the future and would highly recommend.

Nice property, very typical of a large hotel. The lobby bar served food, friendly staff and good food. Decent pool and gym. The property is close to small shops and places to get a haircut. This was my first experience with the staff belittling me for booking through Expedia and not through their website. It was said SEVERAL times when I called for assistance and then when I checked in. I was made to feel like I was a problem for doing it through a third-party site. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and that has never been mentioned before. Very dismissive and unfriendly staff. Also the rooms did not have AC. The hallways were colder than the rooms. It was uncomfortable to sleep in 100 degree weather outside. I would not recommend or stay here again. $250 holding fee as well. I will say the bartender was super nice! He improved our check-in experience.
