What a wonderful hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the dining area is fabulous and the pool are great. Additionally, the neighborhood is filled with wonderful restaurants and is just down the street from the Farmer's Market. Highly recommend

This Palihouse hotel is really nice. The smell, the decor, the comfortable beds, the yummy breakfast, the location … it was perfect. We were only there one night for business but we had so much fun. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palihouse West Hollywood. The staff was amazing and helpful, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, and the gummy bears near the pool were a hit with our kids!

They have an exceptional service culture. From the valet and security guards at the entrance to the front desk and the cleaning crew, every interaction we had was accompanied by excellent service and people who were genuinely happy to assist us.

The wi-fi is only slightly better than two cans and a string. No soap in the shower. A loose manhole cover on 3rd outside our window made noise whenever run over. And parking was $55.00! But, the property was nice, the staff helpful, and location convenient.

The windows are very thin so you can hear everything that’s happening outside. The staff was lovely. Very helpful. The in room amenities need to be improved. There were no basic amenities like cotton pads, Q-tips, etc., and room service was a bit spotty. This is a great location. I would stay here again. It’s a very unique place.

Palihouse is in the perfect spot in bh, literally a 3 min walk to popular spots like Joan’s, Carla cafe and la la land. The staff are amazing, and very helpful. I’m so happy I found my new place to stay when I come to la!
